1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MarketMoto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Marketplace
MarketMoto is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any listed items.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketMoto. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Use the app for any purpose other than buying and selling motorcycle-related items • Attempt to circumvent the platform by completing transactions outside the app after initial contact • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
5. Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Items must be accurately described and photographed. Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit parts, and items that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
6. Transactions
MarketMoto does not process payments. All payments are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe public location for in-person transactions and using a tracked payment method. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or not received, or for fraudulent transactions.
7. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on actual transactions. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines or these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
MarketMoto and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarketMoto and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETMOTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
